Gecko Road wants its website to be perceivable, navigable, understandable, and usable across a practical range of devices and assistive technologies.
Practical target
When Gecko Road builds or reviews this site, it uses applicable WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria as a practical design and testing target. This is a working target, not a claim of formal conformance, certification, or third-party audit.
Pages are built with semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard access, visible focus, readable text and contrast, descriptive links, labeled controls, touch-friendly targets, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support.
Report a barrier
If a page, control, document, or interaction creates an accessibility barrier, email alex@geckoroad.com. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology involved, and the problem you encountered. Do not include sensitive information.
Review and improvement
Gecko Road will review reports, look for the cause, and improve what it controls within the site's current technical and operating limits. Response times cannot be guaranteed, but accessibility problems are treated as product-quality issues, not optional polish.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is reviewed as content, navigation, forms, and publishing capabilities change. Some third-party services or linked materials may be outside Gecko Road's direct control; reports about those experiences can still help identify a usable alternative or an issue to raise with the provider.
