This policy describes how Gecko Road LLC handles information through the Gecko Road company website, publishing, email communications, and business inquiries. It does not replace separate product-specific notices that may apply to legacy applications.
Information this website handles
This is a static website. Gecko Road does not currently run its own analytics, advertising trackers, or account system on the company site. The Newsletter and Contact forms shown on this site are not connected and do not submit or store information.
- Hosting data. Netlify hosts the website and may process standard request and security logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
- Font requests. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. A visitor’s browser may send standard request information, including an IP address, to Google when retrieving those files.
- Direct communications. If you email Gecko Road, Gecko Road receives the address, message, and information you choose to include. Do not send confidential, regulated, proprietary, or employment-sensitive material in an initial inquiry.
How information is used
Information received through direct communication may be used to respond, evaluate the relevance and fit of an inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website and company, and meet legal obligations. Sending a message does not create an engagement or guarantee a response.
Newsletter status
The subscription system is not yet connected. When it is connected, this policy will be updated to identify the provider, information processed, consent flow, unsubscribe method, and relevant retention practices before addresses are collected.
Sharing and sale
Gecko Road does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on Gecko Road’s behalf, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transaction involving Gecko Road.
Retention and choices
Direct communications and related business records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate recordkeeping. You may ask a privacy question or request review of information you provided by emailing alex@geckoroad.com. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
Children
The company website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. Gecko Road does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
Changes
This policy may be revised as the website, publishing, subscription, or business operations change. The revision date above will be updated when changes are made.
